im using cisco 3560 switch and Freepbx telephony…

Is this a joke? A 3560 is an Ethernet switch, what about it?

Configure VLANs on the network. This needs to be well planned out. you’re not just going to plug and play with VLANs.

You’re basically asking to set everything up from the ground up with how little you give us to work with, at that point you should just pay a consultant being as if we tell you, you’re likely to still break it.
