Batphone (Hotline) feature question

Right now we can program a phone so that when the handset is lifted it automatically dials a number like the Batphone. We are looking at a project where they want the same functionality but instead of just calling a number or multiple numbers and then being stuck in a two way call when one of them answer they want to be able to connect to all numbers it calls at the same time. Essentially crating a party line.

Scenario:

I pick up the handset.
It dials automatically to a set of numbers.
It then connects everyone together that was dialed into one call for collaboration.

Does anyone have an idea of how this sort of thing could be accomplished?

So you want a two-way broadcast to multiple phones?

An instant, multiple party conference?

I think the commercial conferencing module is as close as you’re going to get without writing a bunch of code.
