Hello all, we just had a client updated to the most current PBX in a Flash install. (I don’t recall what version they were on previously). In any case, the user stated that before the upgrade they were able to go into the Flash Operator Panel and listen to phone calls.
I’m a newbie at this and no very little about spy or barge in. Does anyone have any information they can point me to?
