Backups are stored on the file system at
/var/lib/asterisk/backups.

send your backups to a remote server via ftp/ssh and share that with SpiderOak/DropBox or whatever cloud service you use
I use the FTP option on my server and use it to transfer to another local server I have here, but you can FTP to any server that you wish to. Just make sure it is secure.
