Backup/Restore Not Restoring All Configurations/Settings

Hi All,

We have a set up a warm spare backup that backs up our production PBX and automatically restores to our backup PBX. We are having an issue where some of the settings/configurations are not being restored. In particular, our queues IVR breakout menu is set on production and the setting does not restore to our backup PBX. We do have the Queues and IVR Modules selected in our backup configuration.

Instead of “None”, that setting should reflect how it is set on our production server.

It is also not restoring any changes to our Outbound Routes. NOTE: we do exclude our trunks from the backup so not sure if that would also cause Outbound routes to be excluded as well.

Is there something we are missing in our backup configuration?
