Backup & Restore Installation Error

Hi all,

I have an issue with the Backup & Restore module where it was giving an error, so I uninstalled the modules and tried to reinstall, but now when I try to download and install the module I get this error:

Upgrading backup to 16.0.59 from track stable
Downloading backup
Error(s) downloading backup:

  • Could not remove old module /var/www/html/admin/modules/backup to install new version
    Updating Hooks…Done

Any ideas?

Possible permissions issue. Try to fix with

fwconsole chown

Hmmm I tried this and it’s giving “operation not permitted”. I’m logged in as the root user.

For context, it’s giving “operation not permitted” for everything, not just backup.
