I have 2 backups set up. One runs fine manually and after hours. The other runs fine manually and then fails after hours. All settings are the same in backup & restore except the modules selected and the times they run. They both point to our Synology backup system and use the same filestore settings. The one that fails says it can’t login using the user name called out in filestore. I am scratching my head… Probably don’t need both backups, but now it’s a challenge to see why.
if the backup is using a secure transport, then when you run manually you are likely using the root users certs, when run by FPBX you will be using the asterisk users certs
try your ‘manual’ method after
su asterisk
which will put you in the asterisk users shell.
