I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this but my automatic nightly backups that send to an FTP server have failed since upgrading to 15. Any suggestions on how I can troubleshoot this?
There’s a log, I don’t remember the name of the log file, but try to look in /var/log/asterisk/ or /var/log/
You can also try to add email notification, it should email you the error log as an attachment.
Look at the filestore module and make sure the ftp location is correct. Then look at your backup and make sure it has that FTP in storage locations.
backup was a huge change for 15. you might want to just set it all back up again from scratch.
