I am new IT guy and client has a freepbx 15.0.37.4,got an the following error and have not really never seen freee pbx before and dont know how to begin to troubleshoot, please help , i have worked on homer and PortaOne

It seems your backup is too big for wherever you are trying to email it. Split up your backup or don’t email it.
