Backup and Restore not backing up databases

Hi,

I was wondering if I could get some help with the Backup and Restore module. I have been having some problems with it (still on FreePBX 16.0.40.11 because of this).

First of all, the module completely stopped working. It would fail with a “network error” when a backup task was triggered, so I ended up not having any backups for a while. Me being silly, left this until it was too late and all the backups I had, had been deleted. My FreePBX then randomly stopped working altogether (I am not sure why), but the CPU would sit at 100% and then the web UI would just display a 403 Access Denied after a few minutes.

I ended up making a fresh install of FreePBX (same version) and by restarting the broken VM several times and using SSH, I managed to manually backup the databases and data. I then imported this into the fresh install and this seems to have been successful and the backup module is working again.

My only problem now (at the moment), is that the backup module doesn’t understand the custom path ASTERISK_DB (with the two underscores before and after), so the database isn’t being backed up. I wondered if anybody here would have any idea on what might be going wrong here?

I appreciate any help/advice that can be given.

What database are you referring to?

If you run a test backup can you copy and paste the section of the log with the error?
