I’ve backed up my configs from an FPBX13 server and want to restore it on an FPBX14 fresh install without a luck. When uploading the file in restore page, seems the file uploads but nothing happens. No errors, no signs of uploaded file. Has anyone a clue?
Backup and restore only works with the same version on the original and destination machines. What you’re trying to do is pretty much guaranteed to not work.
To migrate settings between different versions use this script:

It will work on FreePBX 13 Distro as the donor machine.
