Backup and Restore - Does it backup everything?

I would like to do full weekly backups on my FreePBXv14. When I drag and drop over the full system backup, does that backup everything - i.e. extensions, ring groups, trunks etc. Just in case something goes wrong, I can restore. Thank you.

So the full backup does backup the extensions, ring groups etc?
