Avaya IP 9611 and 9630

Why would a company let it’s phones be dumped and be used as playing toys this goes with avaya hiding information on how to use there phones on third party servers. I wish they learn a lesson like Cisco did

It is all there. It sounds like (from previous posts) your issue is that you do not have a file server for the 96XX to download its configuration files?

There are certain things that will not work out of the box, but there are threads on this forum (that you have already seen) that talk about what to do once you have the phone connected to Asterisk.
