I’m pretty new to the FreePBX system. We have it at work and I have been learning more and more about it over the past year. The office I work for is a medical office, and we had been discussing the possibility that the phone system would be able to call and remind patients of their appointments instead of having staff call the 50-75 patients every day.
Would anyone know any information about doing this or how it would be done? We are using FreePBX version 22.214.171.124 and TrixBox CE. I appreciate any help any of you can offer.
