Automated message for recipient of an outbound PSTN call

Hello,

I want to put an audio track (e.g saying tat this call is coming from xyz company" at start of an outbound PSTN call. The first thing recepient will hear after call establish will be this track and then the caller can start talking to recipient.

Any ideas how can I enable it?

You would need to create a custom context for that (using Asterisk extension language).
