Auto answer and paging not working,

Hello,

I have a new install of Incrediblepbx on a raspberry PI and everything seems to be working well, especially the fax.

What is not working and i need is the intercom paging feature.
I want to be able to dial an extension and have the phone auto answer so i can have a 2 way conversation.
Additionally, i want to be able to page a group of extension and have a 2 way talk with all participating extensions.

So far, it is not working.
Calling an extension, it just rings
Calling a paging group, they all just ring one or two time and then hang up.
Calling a feature code *8012 they all just ring one or two time and then hang up.

In advanced settings i have Force All Internal Auto Answer to TRUE
It is also enabled in the individual Extension configs.
Paging module is installed and page group 99 created.

I updated all the modules.
FreePBX 2.11.0.42
Asterisk Ver. 11.11.0

The phones i use are Polycom 670, 2 of those. and 1 Bria iphone softphone

Any help would be appreciated.

I should also mention that i have searched this board, others and did not find any solution that worked.

here’s some asterisk capture logs:

So i provisioned a Linksys SPA942 and paging the page group from a Polycom works, but not the other way around. The linksys picks up but the other polycom does not.

also from the Linksys dialing *8012 does not work (rings busy) but it does work from a Polycom when paging the linksys direct.

seems the issue is with the individual phone configs then. I set them all up from their web browsers by just entering the server IP and user credentials.

Where can i specify more settings for each phone in the CLI? The freepbx GUI seems limited

I fixed it myself, the Polycoms now auto-answer pages.
To fix, i uploaded this cfg file using the phone’s browser.

Just found this. I wrote a comprehensive instruction on how to configure Polycom phones here:
