Audio Delay on internal extensions

Hi everyone,

A client of mine was recently moved from an on-prem PBX to a hosted one. Incoming and outgoing calls work fine, but calls to internal extensions have an audio delay.
What could lead to this?


Crappy Hosting? Seriously, where are they being hosted from? Round-trip time of more than 300ms might be noticeable - 500ms+ would certainly be noticeable, but that would be terrible delay - you would even see that on inbound/outbound if the first leg was that slow.
