Attended transfer call issue

Hi all,
I have an issue that when i am making attended transfer i am not getting these call history in Queue report.
End user reached agent-1 through queue
Agent-1 dials *2 and connected with Agent-2
then Agent-1 disconnects his call using *4 so that end user can connect with Agent-2

I am getting below events in qxact_calls tables when i do those steps. why i am not getting these call history in Queue-report.?

You’ll need to engage Sangoma to determine if this is expected behavior or a bug.
