Asternic Call Center Stats Question

To anyone who uses Asternic call center stats 2: I am curious about the Alerts function in the Reports/Alerts tab. What kinds of alerts does it provide? The developer is not answering emails and the manual only shows an example of scheduled reports. Specifically looking for alerts for abandoned or timed out calls. Any help appreciated.

Occasionally, the developer is out for a few days but answers when he gets back.
I frequently write him with questions about FOP2.
