Asterisk Uptime erroneously says 1 year

FreePBX System Status page says:
System Uptime: 1 days, 3 hours, 11 minutes
Asterisk Uptime: 1 year, 46 weeks, 13 hours, 9 minutes

The system up-time is about right. We re-boot the computer every week to solve some unknown lock-up.
Maybe this is some hint.

Also, if I go to “Asterisk CLI” and command
show uptime
I get the 1 year + numbers.

So, somehow, “Asterisk Uptime” is getting corrupted?

FreePBX 2.4 (running under Trixbox complete CD), on a year-old AMD dual-processor 2gb Dell.
Asterisk 1.4.18-3 RPM by [email protected] built by root @ trixbuild

As you’ve found out it is a issue with asterisk and not FreePBX as you’ve proven that it is reporting what asterisk is telling FreePBX…

You know you are not running the latest build of asterisk so I’d first take a look at the asterisk.org site under the changelog for the latest release and review the bug fixes for all versions between now and 1.4.18. I’ll bet it has been addressed all ready and then you just need to update asterisk.

Version 1.4.22 was released back on October 2nd, 1.4.21.2 was released back on July 22nd. 1.4.22 has Dahdi support.
