When I go to the recording panel (user portal) the folder section shows …INBOX 3… When I click to view it doesn’t display.
Now if I reboot the server then go to the recording panel all the calls are displayed at length.
When I make a test call into the system it will registrar under folder …INBOX 1… but will not display when clicked to open. It will only display at length upon a system reboot.
Is there some way to refresh the ARI to have the calls displayed in real time without restarting system?
