2 simply questions: is there a way to have 1 only phonebook for all internal users?
If there is the same number of the same person on multiple locations UCP, when this person calls in our company which contact UCP is being considered? And 'possible to publish an address book UCP so colleagues can all draw from the same phone book?
UCP will most likely pull from the logged in user’s directory only.
We don’t really use the address book features so I can’t help you with that.
