Asterisk keeps restarting

HI

the freepbx server just started restarting over and over.

we are running freepbx 10.13.66-22 with asterisk 11.25.3

this has been stable for quite some time and this just started this morning.

Please any advice to trouble shooting this as?

i did look in /var/log/asterisk/full and could find nothing that stood out, also looked in messages and nothing stood out, however i may not know what to look for.

You are using an old version of Asterisk. I would install Asterisk 13.

Please just want to check when i type “asterisk-version-switch” it says that 13 is experimental, just want to confirm that it is the correct choice

Just checked another system that has freepbx 10.13.66-22 and when i run asterisk-version-switch is does not say experimental and it offers asterisk 14.

do i have a module that needs updating first?

It says 13 is experimental because you have Asterisk 11, which at that time was in that state. We’re now up to Asterisk 16. Asterisk 13 is 100% stable.
