Asterisk ignores Dynamic agent priorities & available agents

Hi

So we’ve setup mutliple queue’s and we have users that are part of multiple queue’s as well. We only make use of dynamic agents so users can log into the queue’s they want when needed. We make use of “Ringall” ring strategy

We do not have a lot agents and have setup our agents as the following :

XXXX,0
XXXX,0
XXXX,0
XXXX,1
XXXX,1
XXXX,1

Now what happens is that FreePBX rings all of these dynamic users (if they’re logged in ofcourse) and disregards their priority. We want FreePBX to ring all agenst with prio 0 first and if they’re not available, to continue to prio 1. This only works occasionally and i cannot figure out why it is not doing what its supposed to do.

Besides that, sometimes we only have 1 agent logged into a queue and FreePBX refuses to forward the call to said agent despite the fact that the agent is not in a call, has not forwarded a call, is setup available and not on DND.

Could someone point me in a direction of where to look and where something might be going wrong because it has become quite frustrating

Thanks in advance everyone!
