I don’t know who to config dial plan.

My destination number blongs china.

And this is my call file (in /var/spool/asterisk/outging):

Channel: SIP/vendor/xxxxxxxxxx
Callerid: 1001
WaitTime: 45
MaxRetries: 3
RetryTime: 300
Account: 1001
Context: default
Extension: 1001
Archive: yes

(Makesure0632) #4

This is my outbound

(Itzik) #5

As far as I am aware, FreePBX does not use the default context.

Also, this does not look like a FreePBX. What is it?

#6

A slight technical correction, FreePBX doesn’t define a ‘default’ context, but the OP can use instead ‘from-internal’ which IS defined for his call.file

(Dave Burgess) #7

Three things:

  1. If this is FreePBX, we need the version numbers for FreePBX and Asterisk.
  2. Your destination must be interpretable by Asterisk. Yours (SIP/Provider/xxxxxxxx) doesn’t look correct. You can find the one that the system uses by dialing the number and reviewing the /var/log/asterisk/full log file to find out what Asterisk is using to successfully make the call and copy that.
  3. You will need to define a context that is available to your installation. If you haven’t defined a “default” context, that will not exist. So, you either need to choose a context that is defined (“from-local”, for example) or set up a default context for outbound calling.
