Asterisk 16.3.0 - FreePBX 15.0.7 cid superfecta issue

CID Superfecta has stopped working (returns nothing) but using the Debug/Test works perfectly.

In the console I can see:
AGI(“SIP/vs-in-00000007”, “agi://127.0.0.1//var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/agi/superfecta.agi”) in new stack
– <SIP/vs-in-00000007>AGI Script agi://127.0.0.1//var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/agi/superfecta.agi completed, returning 0

In a separate working FreePBX 13.0.195.13 I see this in the console:

AGI(“IAX2/vs-3212”, “/var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/agi/superfecta.agi”) in new stack
– Launched AGI Script /var/www/html/admin/modules/superfecta/agi/superfecta.agi

Is the 127.0.0.1 a new change or a bug?
If I use OpenCNAM - instead of Superfecta it returns the correct CID name and number.

Known issue:

Either disable fast AGI in advanced settings or disable Superfecta.

edit: newly published updates to core resolves this, no need to disable fast agi
