[ASK] On demand recording

Elastix 2.2.0
FreePBX 2.8.1.12

I have few things about on demand recording:

  1. When I press *1 to start recoding, the called party also hear those tones. How to avoid this?
    My /etc/asterisk/features_general_custom.conf is:
    featuredigittimeout=2000
    courtesytone=beep

  2. The recorded audio file is wav file, can I change it to gsm file ?

  3. On the Elastix Monitoring List (GUI), when I download the recorded file, is display error: “404 File not found!” (listening from the GUI also error)

On the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor the id is “1346129965” not “1346129938.373”, so no wonder the GUI display “file not found”.

This doesn’t happen with “always” recoding since the link is correct:

Well the issue is FreePBX 2.8 is 3 plus years old and nobody wil offer support here on it. I suggest getting upgraded to 2.10 and use the whole new re-written call recording feature in FreePBX 2.10
