ARI Error Upon Istall

I manually tried installing the ARI, by downloading and copying the recording directory to the /html directory.

I am now getting a error.

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_BOOLEAN_AND, expecting ‘,’ or ‘)’ in /var/www/html/recordings/modules/callmonitor.module on line 597.

Can anyone advise? Also, is there a better way to be installing the ARI?

That bug is fixed in the latest framework or pull it straigh from the svn 2.3 branch. (the issue is in the callmonitor.module file.
