I’ve had a heck of a time getting any campaigns approved through VI. It’s an endless list of demands including adding or removing a bunch of stuff from the customer website just to send conversational/info texts (minimal marketing if any). Am I stupid or is everyone using someone else? Using VI for pretty much everything and dont want to switch but if there’s an easy way to get texting done somewhere else I’m open to suggestions.
In my experience, all vendors are this bad. The government told the big phone carriers “do something to combat spam” so the thing that the big phone carriers did makes it way harder for legitimate businesses to use SMS while seemingly not affecting the spammers in any appreciable way. The cynical side of me says that it seems like the carriers just want people to stop using SMS entirely and move to other communication solutions.
Is there a service you can recommend to quickly and cheaply update websites to include all the junk they’re demanding? That seems to be about half of it.
