Anyone using "normal", consumer bluetooth headsets with Yealink phones?

We are looking at going to Yealink phones and I’m researching if standard consumer bluetooth headsets work well with them. The only compatibility lists I’ve found are for the business type bluetooth headset rather than normal consumer ones like Jabra Elite earbuds…
I would hope that since Bluetooth, that there would be no issues but I know the Bluetooth standards are quite complicated!

I’ve been able to use standard bluetooth headsets with my T54w perfectly fine.

Same as @adell4444, I have paired a normal consumer headset with my T54W.

I never tried it with prior models that required the BT dongle.
