been using flowroute for 5 months (vPRI), rock solid, good support. i have yet to try their faxing but that’s next on the list.
Just to followup… Been on Vitelity for a while now and absolutely love it. I really like the minute billing and the fact that you can have virtually unlimited channels if needed. Setup was very easy. T.38 faxing works perfect. Tech support was really quick to help when I messed up a setting when switching ISP’s. Also per minute billing has reduced our cost much more than I thought it would.
Note that Vitelity’s billing is on each 6 second increment. On average, I believe that save 7% vs. per minute billing.
