Anyone else see P320 sending subscription requests for speed dial keys?

Firmware P320 4_27_2
So I’m looking at the full log on freepbx, and I don’t normally expect it to be clean in there, but its just full of these messages:

Right off the bat, of course the extension “nothing” does not exist! When I checked the line button entries in endpoint manager, for one of the affected endpoints, there are only two entries.

1- BLF for *98__line1Ext__ (Voicemail)

2- speeddial to a front desk ring group.

Through some trial and error, I have determined that phones at some locations do not have this issue. Because, their front desk only has one phone, so the template is a BLF instead of a speed dial. Can anyone confirm this in their environment so we know if this is an endpoint issue and not something on the server side?
