Does anyone know if Digum’s DPMA is compatible with…
Asterisk (Ver. 1.8.26.1):
FreePBX Base Version: 2.8.1
FreePBX Framework Version: 2.8.1.5
FreePBX Core Version: 2.8.1.2

Your asterisk version is probably OK. For the other it is generally recommended to be at FreePBX 2.10+

Nope DPMA is not included in Asterisk 1.8.X unless you are on certified Asterisk and FreePBX 2.8 wont support their module for DPMA in FreePBX.
