Ich nutze FreePBX 15.0.24 ‘VoIP Server’. Ich würde gerne wenn auf den Endgeräten (Snom D385 Firmware: 10.1.73.16) eine Rufumleitung eingerichtet ist, dass externe Anrufe weitergeleitet werden z.B. auf ein Handy und die externe Nummer mitgesendet wird und nicht die vom Büro (aktuell). Ich weiss das es vor ca. 3 Monaten funktioniert hat. Jedoch ist durch einige Updates oder was auch immer diese Funktion nicht mehr gegeben. Ist so ein Feature evtl. von einem Bezahlplugin abhängig ? Es ist der selbe ISP wie als es ging. Der Vertrag beim ISP wurde auch nicht geändert. Jetzt wird jeder weitergeleitet Anruf mit der Büronummer angezeigt und vor ca. 3 Monaten war es noch die externe Nummer des Weitergeleiteten. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich ?
If I have got the meaning correctly, service providers are increasingly not allowing incoming caller ID to be forwarded, because the same mechanism allows a fraudulent caller ID to be sent when there is no incoming call.
Talk to your trunking provider first. Some don’t allow sending a caller ID that’s not yours at all. However, many will pass ‘foreign’ caller IDs if you set up the headers properly (for example sending your company number in From and the original caller’s number in P-Asserted-Identity, or vice-versa). Some other providers will pass a number that’s not yours if you sign a special agreement with them.
If no luck, consider using an alternative provider for these forwarded calls. AnveoDirect may be suitable; rate to DE T-Mobile, O2, Vodafone or Eplus is $0.02442/min. They provide a small credit at signup so you can test without making a payment or providing any financial information.
Alternatively, if there is good 4G/5G coverage where you will be receiving calls, consider forwarding to a SIP app such as Sangoma Connect, instead of a mobile voice call.
Its was my Provider. They have deaktivate: Leistungsmerkmal Clip No Screening. THX for fast Help !
