Another No way to enable Intrusion Detection Sync Firewall following sysadmin module upgrade

I found, read and followed this post and it is still not working on my new server.

It is a new fresh built server.
It also has FreePBX CM SysAdmin Pro 25 Year License

What shall I do to get Intrusion Detection to start?
