Anonymous Calls randomly show my extension Display Name

Hi,
there’s a strange behaviour with Sangoma Phone.
Different “anonymous” calls we receive are showing as Display Name, to be more specific, my extension display name.
My extension is not anonymous and I have a personal extension with a caller ID and if I call someone my number and my display name are correct.
But randomly, different users are receiving anonymous calls with my name and surname (My extension display name and caller id showing as “anonymous”)
Looking at the CDR if I look at the calls it only shows “anonymous” as caller ID, so I don’t know why this is happening.
Are you experiencing something like that?
Is there a fix for this bug?
