I am having an issue with the IVR/announcement. When I record the announcement, it sounds absolutely fine on playback. However, when you put it in place for an IVR announcement, it skips about the first 3 seconds of the recording. I have tried several recordings and several IVR’s - all with the same results.
I am on the latest distro of FreePBX/Asterisk, and have done all available updates.
