Hey guys,
I’d like to add initial announcements on a queue. Tricky part that’s giving me a headache is I want to be able to record two messages, a general message and a temporary message to switch into whenever needed. Ideally this would mean I can press a shortcut/feature code to switch in/out from general to temp system recording.
I think I am supposed to use Misc Applications and then use maybe Call Flow Control? Unsure… it’s kind of confusing.
