Announcement 2321

i just installed FreePBX 14 on a computer in my home. And, i get a trunk from SIP Station, and my ISP is Comcast. When i call from my cellphone, first i get a long silence then get a message “Announcement 2321. Welcome to Verizon Wireless,the # you have dialed has been changed, disconnected,or is no longer in service…” After that, if i make another call, then it goes through. What could possibly be causing this issue? Any ideas?

It seems your FreePBX is behind a NAT device. Is that the case? What is probably happening is that the first call is triggering the registration and the required ports are opened so the trunk link is established. The second call comes through as the trunk is now connected. That would be my first guess, but I might be wrong.
