I am totally at a lost and I hope someone can give it a look.
I selected the ‘Announce Hold Time’ option on the queue section. I setup the frequency at 45 sec and selected off ‘Announce Position’. We only want the called to hear the estimated hold time and nothing more ( outside of MOH of course. However when the prompt play, it always play the call id number before the Announce Hold Time announcement.
example: if I am the number 4 in the queue. MOH play then I will hear the number 4 by itself then it will say the normal prompt for the average wait time.
