I"m getting a lot of these errors

You are experiencing a codec mismatch. Given the list that appears in the message, your endpoint is probably set to ulaw or alaw. But since you don’t provide any more info than that, it is just a guess.

i have mittel 5330 phones and some zoiper 5 softphones and gs wave softphones
how can i find out which one is bad?

now that i’ve quit most of my softphones i see this error

ok i’ve found the codecs settings in asterisk and tried to match them to the softphone
see attached. but still get the error
