[Amportal-users] VoiceMail

Hi All,

I setup an asterisk with freepbx box. As it is, it is working great!
Unfortunately, my boss wants to remove some features especially on the
Voicemail.

He wants to remove the Advanced options, he wants to remove the change
folders option, he wants to have only one folder for new and old message but
there should something to tell whether it’s already been heard or a new
one. He also wants to be able to skip hearing new messages, example if
he has 5 vm’s,
he got bored of listening to the first vm, he would skip to the next.

He also asked that if a user accidentally deletes a vm, can we still
retrieve deleted messages?

Thank you in Advanced!

Regards,
Nhadie

Thank you for you response.

When I press 6 it still continues to play the message. He wants to be
able to skip while message is
being played so that when he doesn’t want to finish the message he could
go to the next.

Nhadie

I think this is part of the * VM application and can’t be changed. Someone
else my know how to do this if it is possible.

6 forwards to the next message.

Backups or if they have not left the vm session they can hit 7 again to
undelete.
