I believe that is a phone feature function. What hardware are you
using?
I use Polycoms. Use multiple line keys for the extension and enable
callwaiting (which is by default). It will do the call waiting beep and
then go to VM if not picked up.

any idea how to let asterisk ring the line even whne busy and heard the

Example
I call extension NNNN, That person is busy but will heard that anoter
call is coming after few seconds if he/she dont pickup the call the
voice mail will play then.
