hello am trying to set something up in my ivr
I have a ivr I want the caller to press a number but before it goes to moh I
want it to play a messaging telling the person to please hold while thee
call is being transfered.
then it resumes the ivr and plays music on hold to the caller while my phone
is ringing
how do I set this up?
