Allstate EAgent integration

I am just getting into this. I have contacted the EAgent people but not heard back yet. Anyone have any experience with Allstate and their E Agent system?


Last time I looked at it you could do a URL POP directly from the CRM integration in iSymphony, The agent will have to log into eAgent and iSymphony first, but once the CRM panel (iSymphony) is enabled, you will be able to do CallerID POPs directly using an eAgent web url, assuming you format the fields to match the eAgent search string you should be good to go.
