I want to allow a user to be able to call into the system and them be able to make an outbound call. Is there a way to do this.
I want to do this so I can document the call and have it on a recorded line.

you will need the Module Administration to install this and make sure you’re looking in extended modules.
You may want to test and make sure the phone call would actually be recorded from a DISA situation.
