I upgraded from distro 13 to 14 and every extension now has the voicemail disabled. All settings, passwords, email addresses, etc are gone. Did I do something wrong? Any way to get them back? This is a test server and the production server running 13 is still intact.
All voicemail settings are stored in the file /etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf, perhaps there is some corruption in this file. Otherwise you can restore a copy from a backup pre-upgrade, that should get things back to the way they were.
Nice! The whole [default] section was missing. Not sure why. Pasted it back in from the production server and it looks ok now. Thanks!

I had the same problem when I attempted my upgrade. Any idea what caused this and if it can be fixed?
