Your are getting a cause code 50, no authority found error on your iax trunk.
I had a similar issue where a trunk of mine connecting two servers would suddenly show this error in one direction.
It was working before and I couldn’t recall I had made any changes.
I couldn’t find anybody, also on the Asterisk forum who knew anything about this error.
My solution was to drop iax and use sip, which worked
