All Circuits Busy; Got SIP response 503 "Service Unavailable"

#1

I’ve perused and perused, and so far I have an increasing amount of hair loss due to this. There seems to be a lot of people with my same issue but the resolution seems to be different everytime. Live in US: Florida. Using X-Lite Softphone. Registers fine.

Inbound works
ext-ext works
outbound does not

Trunk:
Name: voipms
PEER Details:
disallow=all
nat=yes
allow=ulaw
type=peer
user=12
******
host=voip.24.com
fromdomain=voip.24.com
fromuser=12
**
secret=ds**********
username=12********
insecure=port,invite
context=from-trunk
authname=12**********
dtmfmode=inband
dtmf=auto
qualify=yes

Don’t know if I need to paste my registration string so won’t until it is required.

Dialed number manipulation Rules:
1+NXX | NXXXXXX

On the summary page it states SIP registered and Trunk is online

Outbound Route:
Route CID: 9**703**** <-- actual DID (asterisks to sanitize), override ext not checked
Route Pass: empty
Route Type: left default (nothing checked)
Route Position: no change
Dial Patterns
011.
1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXNXXXXXX
NXXXXXX
Optional Destination on Congestion: Normal Congestion

And finally Asterisk Log:

Also, NAT Settings are as follows:
NAT: Yes
IP Configuration: Static IP
External IP:
Local Networks: <Subnet/Mask of my internal net>
CODECS checked: ulaw, alaw, gsm
Everything else was left default

I’ve tried setting to Public but no dice.

FreePBX version 2.11.0.14
Asterisk Version: 11.6.0
Running latest version of RasPBX on Model B PI (512MB)

Thanks

I asked a friend to assist and he created a new trunk from his provider and it worked. So perhaps it’s my current provider; I’m asking for assistance now.

Otherwise if anybody else has any suggestions please let me know.

#5

Problem with provider; problem solved.
