Can you successfully manually call the number using the same trunk without using a Call file?
For experts with call files (not I anylonger), you could post your call file that you are using.

Manually dialing. This work find when I was using the SIPStation trial. Switched to paid and it worked for a few days then stopped. I removed the trial trunks.

Share logfiles using pasebin.freepbx.org or some other similar service as a kindness for those attempting to assist. It looks like you have no trunks configured for the outbound route in use.

@bowlesdr In Connectivity > Outbound Routes, edit your SIPStation-Out and check Trunk Sequence for Matched Routes. Are your trunks listed there? If not, add them.

Problem persists

I notice a number of lines with this:

[12267785567@from-internal:3]

That’s the phone number I used during my free trial. I’m now a paying subscriber and the number should be 226-778-9444. I cannot figure out where to replace the old number.

There will be different rules needed to successfully route 1NXXNXXXXXX and/or NXXNXXXXXX to any carrier.

There was nothing in the Trunk Sequence for Matched Routes so I picked the two available values from the drop-down. The end of those values is removed from the image I previously posted.

That’s the number being called by an internal user. I can’t think why it would have been stored, but you probably need to remove it from the originating phone, or the brain of the phone’s user.

The carrier might or might not honor 10 or 11 digit NANP number dialing received from your trunks, equally your outbound routes might or might not rewrite your users dialing 10 or 11 digit numbers to be copacetic with what is acceptable, all the above need to be in harmony.

2267785567 was not the previous number I was using during my free trial. It’s the number I’m calling to test if outgoing calls work.

The addition of the “Trunk Sequence for Matched Routes” didn’t stick for some reason. Did it again and now things are working.

My inbound route showed the old test number so I deleted it. I doubt this was part of the issue.
